I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at Pizza Hut Jammu! This place has truly transformed into a gem, all thanks to the incredible efforts of Suhail, Yaseen, and Salam. I’ve been a regular at this location for a while now, and I can confidently say that these guys have taken the restaurant to new heights. The change is remarkable!

Before they took over, Pizza Hut Jammu was just an ordinary pizza place, and honestly, it was struggling. The service was inconsistent, and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. But since Suhail and his fantastic team came in, the entire vibe of the place has completely shifted. The restaurant now feels welcoming, comfortable, and like the perfect spot to relax with friends or family.

The customer service is outstanding — absolutely top-notch! You feel valued from the moment you step in. Suhail has built a team that genuinely cares about every single customer. Yaseen and Salam are always there with warm smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience possible. It’s rare to find such dedication these days, but these guys make sure every meal is a memorable one.

Now, let’s talk about the food — it’s on another level! The quality and taste have improved drastically. You can tell they’re putting a lot of effort into making sure each pizza is cooked to perfection, every side dish is flavorful, and even the smallest details like the freshness of ingredients are carefully managed. I’ve had the pleasure of trying their new pizza variations, and I have to say, they are mouth-wateringly good. Another policy lapse after I highlighted a one star review for the cyber green branch of pizza Hut in gurugram. Again only value high end customers and even pathetic that the attendee hide the one side of the menu and said it's not at all available and meal for one is not available. I'm single what am I supposed to do.
