Karim's — Restaurant in Janakpuri

I had called for delivery during Diwali festivities, the order was for a mutton korma and some tandoori rotis.

Out of the 4pcs of mutton, 3 were tough and not edible.

I spoke with Mr Shakeel and the restaurant and he checked with his staff and said that mutton is coming like this from central branch, while it is still hard for me to believe that Jama Masjid branch is supplying inferior quality meat to branches. He agreed for full refund for the dish on call, but further when i engaged Zomato and requested for refund he only agreed for 40% refund and said that it's only me who's having this complaint and all other customers are happy as if i am trying to cheat. This was really uncalled for.

Instead of taking the spoilt dish out of the menu , Mr Shakeel indirectly put allegations like these.

I would recommend everyone to go to jama masjid to enjoy Kareem's food and the branches don't have the quality nor...

Known for Mughali preparation, this is quite an old chain famous for serving non vegetarian meals.

I had ordered the famous Changezi Chicken along with Khameeri Roti from this outlet. Recieved the order in about 40mins, clean and nearly packed, no spillages at all. Would rate them quite high for their packaging.

Changezi chicken - This is supposed to be a typical Mughlai dish, quite oily leaving a lot of fat surfacing in your buds, the gravy was quite scrumptious but i think the chicken quality wasn't quite good. It wasn't rotten but then certainly not fresh, not at all juicy hence rating it lower.

Would give this place average rating with a *Try at your own risk as Quality seems...

I have never been to Original Karim's at Jama Masjid but here it feels like I am there itself. Food options, taste, aroma is awesome, not must spicy at all. Must try Mutton Nehar with Tandoori Roti, loved it... Pricing is also good with one drawback that it has open and limited seating capacity, which needs to be taken care of with...
