New Kadimi Restaurant — Restaurant in Janakpuri

My experience at Kadimi C5 restaurant was absolutely terrible. I acknowledge that we arrived late at 10:55, but it would have been considerate if they had informed us about their closing time at the door. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.

To make matters worse, the waiter was exceptionally rude and appeared to be in a rush when we placed our order. When I reported this behavior to the manager, the response I received was far from satisfactory. However, the head person in charge, who appeared to be above the managers, displayed extremely poor manners. He shifted the blame onto us for arriving late and responded insolently when I inquired about moving to another table, saying, "It's up to you; if you want to stay, stay, or else leave."

Regarding the food, the quality left much to be desired. The fried rice had no salt, and the Chilli Paneer, while I understand it was during Navratri, was lacking onions. When I asked about the absence of onions, I was informed that all their food is prepared without onions. However, I observed another table receiving Kadai Paneer with onions, and other diners were also complaining about the presence of onions in their food. Inconsistencies in the kitchen's practices were evident.

In summary, my experience at Kadimi C5 was extremely disappointing, from the lack of communication about closing time to the rude behavior of the staff and the food...

"I recently ordered a 'Special Veg Thali' from Kadimi Janakpuri. Unfortunately, while enjoying my meal, I made a horrifying discovery: a dead cockroach. This incident is deeply concerning, as it clearly indicates a severe lack of hygiene and food safety standards at the restaurant. Upon informing a team member about this unacceptable situation, their response was both dismissive and unprofessional. They simply offered to replace the contaminated meal with another one. This is completely unacceptable, as it puts the customer's health and well-being at risk. After persistent complaints, the restaurant manager eventually apologized and refunded my money. However, they failed to take immediate action to address the issue. I requested that someone be sent to my residence to collect the contaminated food as evidence. I have heard about this restaurant and this place earlier. Today, we ordered Tandoori Vegetables Platter 😋 😀 and South Indian Platter. Tandoori Platter was full of items and quantity Started with Panee tikka Roasted Mushrooms 🍄, Tandoori Alloo, Hara Bhara Kabab , Dhani ki shaoley All items were tasty and had true taste. Dahi ki sholey could have been better as the stuffing was less and really oily. South Indian Platter was good not great, A small dosa, Uttapam, one idli and one Vada. all were good in taste. The sambhar was bit sweet. Really a good experience one of the best Platter I have tasted from Vegetarian Restaurants 😋 😍 .

Again a wonderful experience with this restaurant, based on the Chef, Manager recommendations 👌 😋 we tried Chinese Sizzler, full of exotic vegetable stuffed with veggies and rice and Noodle mix bowl. Really authentic in taste and fresh. Along with that we ordered Special Masala Dosa, theyvsent us a separate masala it was yummy and worth of a try.
