YGM Isolate — Restaurant in Jhansi

Good Ambience place for dinning in Jhansi. Visited this second time. The food is not much special. Mixed experience, some dishes were good while some where just fine whereas some were awful. Glimpse of my experience: Hakka noodles and Manchurian gravy was quite good. Pizza was not at all good. Achari chicken was good. Veg Galauti Kebads was bad as the cloves (lawugh) was too much and hard which made the taste bad. Panner butter masala - okay nothing special. Mocktails - Green apple : awful they just added some water and khus and some green apple essence. It was typically khus sharbat. Added too much sharbat to make it taste sweet but believe me it was nothing like a mocktail. Blue lagoon was fine same with virgin mojito.

Just to add, there was some child's birthday so they played Happy Birthday song soo loud and also for soo long that it was hurting the ears. Also they cut cake right in middle of the restaurant which was somewhat annoying. Better they should have alloted that sort of private lounge they have to have these activities.

Overall not kind of good experience here dining. If you plan to dine little and enjoy ambience might be okay to visit. But not a place to enjoy a good food. Service was good however they make quite good mistakes in my bill so better watch out for yours. Check thoroughly before you pay. Our experience at Isolate Restaurant last night was a regrettable one. We were there to celebrate a milestone birthday and we opted for their services, expecting an enjoyable night. However, the service was far from satisfactory.

It took an unusually long time for our starters to arrive - over two hours, which is unacceptable by any standard. The delay didn't stop there, it took an additional 20 minutes just to clear the plates.

We were also disappointed with their menu as more than 60% of the items listed on their a la carte menu were not available. This lack of availability severely limited our dining options and detracted from the overall experience.

Another significant issue we faced was with the reservation and decoration service we paid for. There were people from other tables using our reserved area for their celebrations. When we raised this issue with the manager, all they did was place a 'reserved' sign. This was a clear indication of poor management and lack of respect for their customers.

As international travellers, we chose Isolate Restaurant to celebrate a milestone birthday. It's disheartening to say that they failed to meet our expectations and ended up tarnishing our special day. This experience has left us with a poor impression of the restaurant's service, and we would be hesitant to recommend...

Absolutely horrendous place to go with a loved one. Food served was dog food worthy! But when compared to the staff, the food would be still better because the staff they have is the rudest, unprofessional and passive-aggressive I have come across. I thought the manager would correct them, but after talking to the manager for a minute, it was clear to me where the staff gets it from! The owner of the establishment, while present, will obviously not help you with your complaints because he has very important work, like measuring the size of his nose, so don't expect anything from him as well! The atmosphere was as pathetic as it can be! I complained twice about the AC not working, but nothing. Then I requested for us to be relocated to a different table with a fan at least, but Nope!
