First of all this hotel is inside a colony, It’s a newly opened hotel with a lot of unorganized things. Untrained staff. Poor management. Rooms of highest category were nice, spacious and bed were comfortable, however the services is very slow and not at all up to the mark they even don't have soft drinks, very limited menu, only veg. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. They have lots of rooms and the staff were well behaved.

The only problem we had was that the AC was not working and then we changed the room. In that room also the AC was very slow.

Otherwise this hotel is located in a peaceful place and it is close to the railway station.

So bad experience, i called to confirm if the hotel is having a single occupancy room, the person on reception said, pl hold on line i check n confirm you for the room if i have it and he kept me on hold for a 10 min.. i was keep waiting...afterward i hangup that call.
