Today was one of my worst day 06.10.2020 I was tired wanted to relax, ordered one cappuccino, waited for 15 min, they shouted that my order is ready, with eagerness I went to take it. What I was handed over was a cold coffee, I tried to make them understand that in menu it was not mentioned as a cold coffee,then they asked me to wait again, sometime after I was given a normal insipid coffee, So all this made laugh . What has happened to Bikanervala Brand.

My mate was hungry as a hog, he wanted to have some spicy rich gravy , the suggestion offered was today's special Paneer Hyderabadi, since my coffee was going on simultaneously , she was laughing like anything. But God is Great, the paneer she was offered was like simple butter paneer masala that to very blend and almost sweet due to no salt .

Anyways a Old man was gracious enough to give a long green chilly.

On way to Babina Cantt I planned to have a dinner at Bikanervala at jhansi but couldn't do the same as my mother was accompanied by me as she couldn't climb the stairs to Reach the restaurant due to her old age So I decided to get food packed .I ordered butter Chapatis and dal makhani. The executive present near the counter attended me very nicely and helped me delivery of food on priority. On reaching home when I opened packing I found that all the Chapatis was dry and not butter Chapatis and charged for butter Chapatis moreover all Chapatis were found burnt and not of good quality however preparation of dal was upto the mark.Salad provided with food was also not of good quality. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE , Today I visited second time to Bikanervala at civil lines Jhansi with my daughter and my wife , I order for Delux Thali , Masala Dosa , and Chole Bhature , all these were very oily and with out a taste , the potato filled in Dosa was so much test less that could not eat ...... Chole same with out taste and Bhatura .... horrable tooooo much oily , This time I went with this idea that the taste would have been recovered as it's new to Jhansi , but another surprise I found that some serving people with the floor manager or some executive were talking together WHY HAVE YOU TOOK FEED BACK ? Means they don't want to serve Jhansi people better and don't want to listen their customers . By This Instance I decided NOT TO GO ANOTHR timeE TO THIS out let...
