Domino's Pizza | Sakchi, Jamshedpur — Restaurant in Jharkhand

First of all, the outlet is extremely small in area. It remains crowded most of the times. I've been to various Domino's outlets across various cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Bareilly , Noida etc but this is by far the smallest outlet I've visited. During these COVID times, no Covid protocol is maintained. The Infrared thermometer gun and sanitizer were not being used. The staff (girl) who was making the pizza dough was eating something while preparing the dough. Her mask was also below her mouth, which is unhygienic for the customers. Who's the manager and what's the manager's duty there when he can't check the service properly? Then there is the garlic bread, I have never had such a bad garlic bread ever in my life. It was just maida , there was no taste of butter and garlic. It was very dry inside! There was very little butter and garlic on it when it arrived and it was not cooked to perfection. So disappointing! There was only a pinch worth of butter in it. The manager should look how these things are made, whether the staff is properly cooking it with all the required ingredients. The pizza too was sub-standard. I invested Rs 700+ but it was all waste. Almost everything was below par! With such a poor service the brand value of Domino's is...

My Order number is 141 & placed my order at 20:39:15 PM today but its been more than 1 hour still i didn't received my order till now here i m starving for the food & i was tried to contact the support team they generated the reference id which is 8647774 & mentioned that the team will contact you within 24 hours but in your banners & sites you have been mentioned that the delivery will be within 30 minutes but its 1 hour but i didn’t receive my order yet. very disappointing…the app is showing that the order is delivered but we didn’t received the order yet &when we contacted with the customer support they also confirmed that the order was not delivered & they have raised the request to change the delivery status request id no.- 8649495 still i m waiting for my order to come..i will never ever recommend anyone to order for delivery facilities because its just waste of your time you will be starved for food but your order will not be delivered on time.
