Pizza Hut | Bokaro Mall, Jharkhand — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I have always been a fan of pizza hut but my experience at bokaro mall says otherwise. The staff isn't courteous as well as they aren't willing to suggest items on their menu to the patrons. They have a bad tendency of suggesting the most expensive item on the menu. Above all I have noticed again and again that the staff isn't willing to give a receipt to you especially when the restaurant is not that busy. The staff must explain the customers that they will be charged extra for various things like carry bags, instead they charge carry bags to the customers without informing them, thus when you are about to pay you are in for a surprise as you will end up paying more that what the price on the menu stated. Overall not a very pleasant experience. Need to improve a lot on skills on how to deal with customers. There was this guy called PK at the cash death, his uniform was filthy and had dirty unkempt hair and nails, which is a complete no no at a food...

Just had the worst pizza slice ever and I would highly recommend you not to get any pizza from pizza hut bokaro because its litterly waste of money and they don't even cut pizza properly. To be honest If someone is eating pizza for the first time then they will start hating pizza because of what they got served. Recently I ordered Margherita cheese max pizza and they served me a unshaped pizza with local cheese which was so bad that we end up throwing 2 slices and our 400 rs gone for nothing.

If you want a good pizza then I would suggest you to visit Domino's because they are far better...

PIZZA WITHOUT CHEESE! we dined in at Pizza Hut's take away outlet in the Bokaro Mall at around 5:30 pm on March 15, 2020. We got our order but to our surprise the pizza did not have cheese but mayonnaise. On being asked about the same, the person on the counter claimed that they use liquid cheese. Even after 15 minutes, the "cheese" hasn't solidified. The pizza has cooled but the cheese is still dripping. It's unfortunate to be cheated on like this. Please...
