Shahi Darbar — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I want to share my honest and serious experience with Shahi Darbar so others don’t face the same problem. We ordered food from this restaurant through Zomato and what we got was completely disappointing. The food was stale, cold, and had a bad smell, which clearly showed that it wasn’t freshly made. It was shocking to see such poor quality from a place that claims to serve good food.

This isn’t just about bad taste — it’s about basic hygiene and food safety. The food looked old and spoiled, and it felt like they had just reheated something leftover. Serving this kind of food is not only careless but also dangerous for people’s health. We trusted this restaurant because of its name, but sadly, they are just playing with customers’ health and money.

Restaurants like Shahi Darbar should realize that serving unhygienic and spoiled food can seriously harm people. It shows a complete lack of responsibility and care. I strongly suggest everyone not to order from Shahi Darbar, especially through Zomato. Please don’t risk your health or waste your hard-earned money like we did.

This is also a message for Zomato — please check the quality of restaurants listed on your platform. Customers trust your platform for safe and good food, and vendors like this ruin that trust.

I’m writing this review as a warning to others. If you care about your health, stay away from Shahi Darbar. They have failed to maintain even the most basic standards of freshness, hygiene, and quality. I hope no one else has to experience...

Its mind-blowing! One of the best restaurants of Bokaro Steel City. Here you get all type of foods including veg and non-veg in a low budget. My birthday hadn't ruined in this LockDown because I've celebrated my birthday party with my friends here, and we have enjoyed very much. Thanks a million to the owner of the restaurant. I visited the restaurant today and I was disappointed by the food, service and mainly the Atmosphere. The food was moderate and the quantity was very less as compared to earlier quantity. The atmosphere was very bad as the place was unhygienic. The glasses weren't clean , there were flies all over the tables flying on the food.
