We had been looking for typical Rajasthani food. Our can driver took us to Chimney RJ 19. It was a simple restaurant,initially we were apprehensive but when we spoke to the cook who was preparing meal and when the food came onour table... We were glad we chose to eat there.
Thi se who are on a lookout for typical Rajasthani food trust me all.. This is the right place. The Rajasthani Thali had 8 small bowls with various dishes, four indian bread with Chaach.
Each dish was authentic in taste, well prepared, not too oily ( like at other places) and light on the stomach. Served with a sweet dish.
We gave tip to the cook for coming in person to check..It was made with pure heart and lots of love n one could make out from the taste.

We had dal batti churma thali, masala papad and masala chaas, all of which were superbly prepared without adding any extra oil or colour while maintaining the authenticity of the meal. They provide a sit down layout for eating in a traditional style. The servers are utterly polite and seemed very caring.
