Shockingly Unprofessional – Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s outlet I’ve ever visited – not just in India but globally. The Jodhpur outlet is tiny, cramped, and completely mismanaged. But the real problem isn’t the size. It’s the attitude.

The staff here are incredibly untrained, rude, and completely dismissive. I confirmed with one of them at the self-order kiosk that I could swap my drink for a zero sugar Coke before placing my order. He said yes, go ahead and place it, and I’ll take care of it. I paid, placed the order – and then he flatly refused, saying it’s not allowed. If it wasn’t allowed, why give me a verbal confirmation? That’s not just careless, that’s deceptive. I wouldn’t have ordered at all if I knew the actual policy.

To make things worse, the staff started pushing us out of the seating area, saying the restaurant was closed – while we were still eating. No basic etiquette, no professionalism, just this constant pressure to leave. Never experienced such behavior from a global brand.

Also, the Pizza Puff we ordered was served cold. When we pointed it out, the staff simply shrugged and said, “This is the normal temperature.” Zero accountability, zero interest in solving problems, just full-on denial and blame shifting.

They act like customers are doing them a favor by ordering, or worse – like we’re trying to get things for free. Completely wrong attitude, and totally opposite from the kind, cheerful, and helpful service McDonald’s is known for in other cities and countries.

Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever. Visited McDonald’s Jodhpur on a Sunday night with my family and cousins, spent ₹2,500, and it turned out to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

When we sat down, our table had Pepsi spilled all over it. We politely asked the staff to clean it, they said “yes” but never sent anyone. We ended up eating at the same dirty table.

The worst part? Out of the 3 burgers we ordered, two had hair coming out of the food. Absolutely disgusting. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he refused to believe it was possible until I physically took him to the table and showed him the hair and the overall untidiness around the restaurant, including the mess on the floor.

For a big city like Jodhpur, where there’s only one McDonald’s branch, this is what they serve, dirty tables, unhygienic food, and zero accountability. Even the outside area of the restaurant is not decent, and the environment feels unpleasant as people around aren’t decent either.

For a global brand like McDonald’s, this level of hygiene, service, and customer handling is shocking. I expected basic cleanliness and professionalism, and got the exact opposite.

Definitely not returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before...

I ordered my maharaja mac meal from Zomato we paid for all of the meal but they didn’t sent coca cola with it so i told my zomato delivery executive to bring coca cola so he said that they didn’t gave him coke, I contacted the restaurant they talked to me so rudely and they said we’re not responsible for this,we checked delivery executive’s bag twice they actually didn’t gave him coke,then I tried to contact them again but they blocked my phone number and didn’t picked up from other numbers too I didn’t know who’s wrong but why do the macdonalds employ blocked me if they weren’t wrong It’s not the matter of money but matter of trust they did this thing to me but in future who will assure that they won’t repeat this thing again I was a regular customer of Mac Donalds but not anymore You’ve lost a customer macdonalds Don’t break trust of people (might be the delivery executive was wrong but I think that he isn’t because he didn’t blocked me and macdonalds blocked me according to my perspective the macdonalds employee is wrong) But from now onwards I’ll keep this in mind that I’ll not order anything from zomato...
