I was hoping to enjoy a few drinks and a meal at the bar, but was met with rude and dismissive behavior from multiple staff members. The receptionist insisted on a ₹15,000 cover charge per person which is fine if that’s your policy but the arrogance and attitude from the staff made it feel like we were unwelcome guests intruding on royalty and left immediately.
Just because the staff work in a palace doesn’t mean they are royalty. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not by people working in hospitality. A luxury space should come with luxury service not entitlement...
