Not a memorable experience yet here. Have visited yesterday. Here is my review. Vry correctly located , nearby opposite birla college and you can easily locate it from road. Parking is still at your own risk you can park it on road, there are no security guy so u have to keep on ur vehicle. Veg and non veg menus available No halah food served here. No preorder Take aways accepted Cards , cash accepted. Paid wifi connectivity available however only 2 power sockets available for you laptops. You dont have restrooms here however you can get washroom to freshen up.
It has outdoor seating. No handicapped access accessible. About the interiors. Its the same traditional interior bot much diffrence however u may find it old and outdated. Sad part is majority if the tables keep shaking and tweeking which make me wondering that what's really wrong with it finally i got a table for 2 which thankfully didnt shake..yess ur right only 1 :) You have only 2 couch seating available. You have 2 central cooling installed however it didnt fetch the required cooling and it almost made our experience low. Alternatively you can visit dombivili CCD if wish to have a swanky cozy interiors and this is really a dull place. **Strange part was interacting with staff, the female who took the order she presumed not happy with customers placing the order, instead she may go bit furious with her expressions if you revise any order, nor she greets u nor she suggest anything .. in other CCDs you will really interactive counter response with a greeting note too. Further all staff sounded so local as if i visited a road side eatery as this sounded really locals with their communications , I'm not sure if they are Recruited by ccd or not.
About the menu, its the same like we do have in all CCDs nothing new , best sellers currently are frappes and burgers in both combinations and obviously with coffees. Both veg and non veg menus available supported with allied snack menus.
The reason why people come at CCD is because of cozy experience and feel the ambience and this place will really low down with everything. Not worth to waste you money here.
Highly suggest you visit DOMBIVILI CCD and experience ambience and service...
Read more⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst Experience Ever at CCD Kalyan – Staff Needs Immediate Action (Visit Date: Sunday, 29th June 2025, Around 6 PM)
I’m writing this on behalf of my firsthand experience at the CCD Kalyan outlet – and trust me, I’ve never seen such disgraceful, third-class service in any café before.
We were four friends – three of us had already ordered and were seated. One of us (who came specifically for Devil’s Own) went to place the order, and guess what? The staff refused to take the order just because it was a single item. YES. They said “unless you order more drinks, we won’t serve you.” What kind of absurd policy is that?
When we asked for the manager, a lady named Geeta appeared – and let me tell you – if she is truly the manager, CCD should be ashamed. She was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer etiquette. Her tone, her attitude, her words – absolutely unacceptable. She acted like she owned the place and could treat paying customers however she wanted.
Geeta is a disgrace to the CCD brand. I don’t know how someone with such a foul, disrespectful, and aggressive attitude is allowed to represent any café, let alone manage it. If CCD actually cares about its customers, then she needs to be FIRED immediately.
We walked out, disgusted. None of us are ever stepping into CCD again. CCD should seriously review the CCTV footage from that day and take strict disciplinary action before this becomes a common story.
If this is the level of customer treatment now, CCD is on its way down. Disgusting. Outrageous. UNACCEPTABLE.
Kick Geeta out if you value your...
Read more⭐☆☆☆☆ Shocking Behavior at CCD Kalyan – Completely Unacceptable!
I’m writing this after hearing what happened to my nephew at the CCD Kalyan outlet on Sunday, 29th June 2025, around 6 PM — and I must say, I’m absolutely stunned and disappointed by the treatment he received.
He had gone there with three friends (who didn’t want to order anything as they were already full). He simply wanted to have his usual Devil’s Own, but the staff refused to serve him just because he was the only one ordering. What kind of absurd and arrogant rule is that?
When he asked to speak to the manager, a lady named Geeta claimed to be one — and instead of resolving the situation politely, she spoke rudely, disrespectfully, and without a shred of professionalism. Geeta’s behavior was completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated like this — especially not for simply ordering a drink!
I’ve always thought of CCD as a decent brand, but after this kind of behavior from your so-called “manager,” it’s clear that the brand’s standards are falling apart. If this is how customers are treated now, why would anyone choose CCD anymore?
I strongly urge Cafe Coffee Day to look into this incident, review the CCTV footage, and take strict action against the staff — especially Geeta. She is damaging your reputation with her attitude.
Shameful and disgusting service. Avoid this outlet until CCD fixes its...
