Sky Deck Restaurant — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

The place was huge, beautifully decorated and kept clean. Everything was good but the food had no taste there. I had thought that a place of your stature should actually have that 5star hotels vala taste. Theres a hotel named bebo nx in 90ft road, thats the best chicken crispy I've ever had in kyn dombivli and ive dined in many places. Also the waiters are careless, food had no taste and no salt either. Even the biryani had no salt, like whats wrong, does everyone in the kitchen have an iodine problem? and this is no joke. You ppl are an establishment, you charge ppl for the food and service. Maintain krna chaiye atleast, otherwise nobody is gonna come. Im not a food critic but atleast make sure your customers are happy at the end of the day. This is not like you order something, eat it despite the taste and pay your bill and go. There are hotels where ive been 5-6 times just because of the taste. Thats what a restaurant should be famous for. And waiters have to be called 4-5 times before they take your order. Also the tables are too small and the waiters didn't allow us to sit on the table we wanted. Thats a big nono for me. Wherever i go i compare the items with BEBO NX, its like chhapp choda he unhone vsa. i sign off and im never coming back to your establishment again, even if im conjured and being dragged there. Also the toilets were full of cigarette butts. There was no running water in the bathroom. Parking area is too crowded, we had to park our vehicle outside. Shark tank me jao, isse jyada beizzati karenge. And the kids were running like crazy, bhai khane aye h yahape thoda to sharn karo. Had to give 1 star as it's mandatory to post your reviews. It's not even worth a star. Narrating the whole experience at this place. Entry & Parking ⭐ - the guy asked for car keys and we gave them, but told him to mark it with tag so that it will be easy while returning. But he didn't do that, instead told us to take the key back. While returning, he had to search the key for a while and he wasn't even aware about our car's key. That's really worst experience.

Pros ⭐⭐⭐ - Table and seating arrangement is good enough, there is ample of space. Cons - No fans. You will sweat out while waiting for your order.

Food ⭐ Cons - worst service. Took too much time to serve. We order cheese garlic. We were served a stale and cold dish. We asked the manager to change it, he said it's not possible and covering it with a reason that we ate it late. On which we said, if that's not possible then we are leaving, so ultimately he had to change the order and got it again. Again he got the same stale and cold dish and we asked him to touch or taste it himself. He didn't touch it nor he accepted that it's been served cold one. He asked the waiter and waiter agreed that it was cold and that was the assurance of their bad service. Ultimately we had to leave the restaurant as we couldn't tolerate the hospitality and service we had...

Do not visit unless you want to smoke hookah here. 90% of the crowd comes for the only one reason. Food taste was ok, but waiting time is more than an hour for each item. The waiter and Serving guy had no coordination at all. 2 times he served the wrong item. Nearby tables were also cribbing about it. My sister was so frustrated that she wanted to leave without eating the main course. Out of guilt they insisted on having some dessert item which we denied 3 times, still waiter came with it after 5 minutes. (It looked like someone refused it after ordering, Cos lime soda took around 15 minutes to receive and dessert came in 5 mins). Also don't even think of ordering any fish dishes. Paid 1200₹ for stale Pomfret fish and the waiter and the owner simply denied that they had served a stale fish. They didn't even apologize for it. top of it they tried to convince us that it was fresh. Don't know how the hotel owner thinks they can fool their customers like that.
