The Ambience and Service is at its best. Watchman opens the doors of the car for us, might improve here for Valet parking. There are 2 floors, Ground floor and First floor. For family it was first floor,The ambience was great! Will need more lights to the first hall, second Hall was lit better. Seats were comfortable. The staff was very polite and the easy to locate. We received our order quickly, Hardly 5-10 mins of waiting. Napkins were provided for the each customer. Dish suggestions were on point. I couldn't figure out whether the physically disabled people were able to get there because I couldn't found a lift. Washroom were unisex and clean. Rest all was good, we enjoyed the food and environment around it. Might add the Fish Tank later for better ambience. We had dinner yesterday on a fathers day and it was our first time at Golden Wok. The rates are high compared to the taste of food. The rate of starters starts at 450 which is not up to the mark, we ordered chicken tandoori, chichen chilli and one more chichen item in kabab out of these only chicken chilli was good. The hard drink is served at peg rate which is also on a higher side compared to the atmosphere ad surrounding of the location. We ordered chichen handi, it was a waste of money. We ordered extra chicken gravy and it was little tasty compared to the chichen handi. Service of the staff was pathetic, we waited more than 15 minutes for cold drink and hard drink. They were forgetting and we reminded them multiple times about the orders. When we finished our food and I was just about to finish last piece in the plate, waiter came and he was about to pick up my plate which was unprofessional and not acceptable. I HAPPENED TO VISIT THIS PLACE AT A FRIENDS ANNIVERSARY. TO START WITH LET ME TELL THE VIEWERS THAT THIS PLACE CAN EASILY BE DIVIDED INTO THREE PORTIONS. THE RESTRO BAR, THE GET TOGETHER HALL AND A FAMILY RESTAURANT. WHAT I CAN DESCRIBE FULLY IS THE FAMILY GET TOGETHER HALL. THE HALL IS SITUATED AT THE BASEMENT. LETS GO WITH THE PROS FIRST. THIS PLACE IS SPACIOUS, WELL MAINTAINED, AIR CONDITIINED, AMPLE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS. CONS THE STAGE IS NOT ELEVATED, SERVICING NEEDS A BIT MORE IMPROVEMENT, NO MUSIC, LIGHTING.
