Gurukrupa Hotel — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

Hi friend let me share my personal expriences regarding the hotel, I went the hotel on 26th of feb 2021 i ordered n enjoyed my food,services which they provide was good, i have completed my food n went to pay the payment through badcode ,the receptionist uncle shown me the barcode i paid though the paytm money deducted from my account i shown to the uncle he told me that i dint received any payment i told to the uncle that uncle wait for some time u ll able to receive the payment if u ll not then u can contact me on my no i have provided my no, Then i leave from the counter after 1.30hr i received a call from the same hotel that they r saying that they dint received any payment i said wait for some time he told me that no sir hum logo ko tally karna parta hai n all I said ok i have provided my visiting card to the hotel watsaap no i told them to come n collect ur 295rs amount which u dint received. Some 1 came to my address i have paid that amount to that person. But today i went to Clearing the miss understanding regarding the 295Rs they r not even listening what was the actual master i told then to plz crosscheck ur camera recording they told me thet sir we have only 1tb hard dish we r not able to provide u the recording he left from the counter told me go n file the complaint in police station.

This is the oldest restaurant in Kalyan East. Located right next to kalyan station east side. I have been eating at this place since 2007 and the quality of food is top notch. Mostly we visit this place for breakfast and the sambhar chutney never disappoints us. Morning breakfast is always bliss...
