A Memorable Feast at Mimi Café & Bistro, Kalyan!

Our visit to Mimi Café & Bistro was an absolute delight! We indulged in their Valentine’s Special Mocktail, Woodfired Pizza, Big Nachos with Guacamole, and San Sebastian Cheesecake, and every dish exceeded our expectations.

🍹 Valentine’s Special Mocktail – A beautifully crafted, refreshing drink with fruity and floral notes. It was perfectly balanced in sweetness and had a festive touch that made it feel extra special.

🍕 Woodfired Pizza – The highlight of our meal! The crust was thin, crispy, and had that amazing smoky flavor from the woodfire oven. The toppings were fresh, and the cheese was perfectly melted—definitely a must-try!

🌮 Big Nachos with Guacamole – A great appetizer to share! The nachos were crunchy, well-seasoned, and paired with a creamy guacamole that had just the right amount of zest and spice.

🍰 San Sebastian Cheesecake – This was the showstopper! Creamy, rich, and slightly caramelized on the outside, the cheesecake just melted in the mouth. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, making it one of the best cheesecakes we've had.

The cozy ambiance, friendly service, and delicious food made our experience truly memorable. Whether you're visiting for a casual outing or a special occasion, Mimi Café & Bistro is definitely worth checking out!

Visited this newly opened all in the vibe restaurant among kalyankar folks yesterday, the entrance displayed a wide expanse of extravagance and splendid ambiance all around the periphery! Absolutely eye catching! Now the main attraction of this place was that they claimed they serve Neapolitan Pizzas straight from the furnace of the Wood Fire Cave. This led us straight to the gates of the place to try and taste the reality born from their claims. The food we chose from the huge variation in the menu was a Paneer Tikka Pizza and Korean Chilli Potato bites. We had a good lot of expectations from the taste due to the immense appreciation we had seen for this newly opened pizza house. The quantity of Korean Chilli bites was nowhere good. 6 pieces of mere potato coated in chinese sauces, it was a cherry on top to my cake of disappointments. Couldn't taste even the slightest bit of the classic Gochujang. The pizza however added to my palatte of misery, they were stingy with the pizza sauce, the paneer tikka was bland and there were no colour combinations on the bread, just a few chunks of onion thrown here and there. Moving on to the 'wood fire', 'neapolitan' words were nowhere found on my tongue. The smokiness of the wood fire had not touched the pizza by the slightest.

One of Kalyan's Best Cafes: A Must-Visit Spot! I'm telling you, this is one of the best cafes in Kalyan, and I'm not exaggerating! This cafe exudes an aesthetic vibe that's absolutely Instagramable and picture-perfect, straight out of Pinterest! Every corner of this place is a "wow"-worthy spot for your next social media post.

Pure Veg and Jain Options Galore! The best part? This cafe serves pure veg and Jain food, so everyone can enjoy their delicious offerings. They have a variety of veg options to choose from, and I personally tried these mouth-watering dishes: Avocado Toast Mushroom Avocado Crunchy Roll Aglio e Olio Freshly Baked Wood-Fired Bureta Pizza

Refreshing Mocktails Too! To pair with your meal, try their Berry Berry “and What you should be”mocktail, which is super refreshing!

Location and Perfect Spot for Hangouts! This amazing cafe is located opposite Birla College, making it super convenient to find. It's the best spot for dates, hangouts, and chilling out with your gang!
