The food here is just just amazing, but the staff n service is something the last time I was shocked with, idk what happened that time, they were so bad, ohh God, I have been here a couple of times n I have loved the food here, on that particular day I had brought my friends there with the confidence that the service and food is nice here, but they didn't give us service properly, we ordered a combo, there were some items missing in them probably fries, we informed and it had been almost 25 to 30 min. They yet hadn't given our remaining items of the meal, but the table next to us were served everything one by one inspite of being the order placed after us and finally after a number of requests they brought our fries after a really long time and then they hadn't given us a bottle of cold drink as per included in the combo, we said that too, so for name sake or what he brought a bottle of diet pepsi, we said, could u please give us something else he was like aur kuch nahi hai, me and my friends had enough of all this n decided to simply leave, while we went down for payment we saw a bottle of sevenup of the same size included in our combo, this pissed me even more, he clearly told us there is nothing else n where did this came from, I quietly exchanged because we hadn't opened the bottle yet n left or else we would have ordered more, because food is amazing, but I was very shocked with this unexpected service...

Kuka is love. This will be my forever favourite place. Their ambience, their service and their staff, everything is so nice it makes me crave to visit them again and again. I have tried Kuka in 2 flavours , tropical kuka and irish kuka. Tropical one remains my favourite. If you are a fruit lover then tropical kuka is the one you should go for. However taking in consideration the food with respect to the quantity and quality, it is well served and good in quantity. Their chicken pahadi momos is a must have !
