Very arrogant staff, no manners of talk with customer and food is very low quality, guys dont go this is cheap restaurant.

Truth from a cheap guy customer (Real story from customer)

-We were a group of 5 friends who came to Ming Chinese Restaurant for dinner, after the dinner one of the staff members presented us with the bill which was Rs1240/- (Too costly rates).

-One of my friends in our group paid the bill via G pay instantly, but the issue came when another friend from our group thought Bill hadn't paid, so he also paid again Rs1240/- via G pay.

"We didn't pay the money deliberately, it was our mistake we expected at the reception as well."

-The Receptionist Boy/Manager told us it would be refunded within 2 hours and gave us the Mobile number. We gave the mobile number and name as well.

-We just wanted to convey our message and want verification from the owner of the restaurant that your money will be refunded within 2 hours.

-After a 10-15 minute verbal brawl with the Manager, he was blaming us only for the payment. we had come from a long distance and we just wanted clarification from the owner.

-"The owner was very Rude and Provocative." he said, I am very busy, Mujhe kya yahi kaam nhi hai, as such we are sitting free only.

-Owner's statement I want to decode-

1)"If the food was not good, why did you order the food of this amount."

-This type of cheap mentality replies to how can the owner has given to the customer.

-We said if any mishap happened in your restaurant then also you will give same answer's. i am busy, i am in this business for 10 years long etc.

-You don't have rights, what customer should eat or not. we tried your food and didn't like it (it was average).

-Food was Average.

-Service was very late.

-We wanted a water bottle but the staff wasn't paying attention and gave us the bottle after calling more than 3-4 times.

-They mostly focus on online delivery of food and prepare that order first instead of in-house customer orders.

2)If we were so-called "Cheap customers" we would never pay twice the bill.

Today we had a very bad experience. After our reaction now on the contrary they are lying to us and talking cheap wow !! We are not cheap people, we had a genuine problem which you did not understand.Giving a real review is not a crime, we just gave our feedback. You are not saying why the bill was so much, we didn't know that the quality was so bad before, otherwise the bill would not have been so much.You are total liars We asked lovingly to just speak to the owner but we got such a bad response that we had to be rude.I know you have your reasons too but you can't be so rude to customers. 2 of our friends were from outside and could not come back they just wanted a guarantee that payment would be madeb When he asked, he directly refused first and said that it will not happen now, come in 2 hours.Either the food came very late, it was completely cold, or when we mistakenly paid the bill twice.When we asked for a refund, the counter person asked us to wait for 2 hours, when we asked the waiter to call the owner, he started giving rude answers and started arguing with us in rude language.In the end, he called the owner because of a fight, but the owner turned out to be even more rude, instead he started to teach us common sense. I am at work and can't come now. Please teach me not to do business. I have been doing it for 10 years etc.I request to all no one should waste their money in this Chinese restaurant.
