Priti Garden — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

Very bad experience. Following points for my options.

1. the main concer is that they are charging over n above MRP, which is strictly prohibited by the government and then also they are doing this kind of activities. I filled case against the hotel and won't of the hotel regarding charging over n above price for cold drink which are specifically mentioned maximum retail price.

The support there statement saying that they are charging AC charges for package cold drink. How base less they are. Owner is also seems to uneducated in this century and this growing youth market to fool the same.

Hopefully government agencies should take some serious action against this hotel regarding charging over charges.

2. and second main problem is food. The food is also not up to the mark. They sold spoiled food. They just reheat and serve. And taste is very bad. Nothing taste like nice or awesome. You are just eating reheated food.

3. service of the hotel. Service of the hotel is also bad. They are not providing good quality of service. They don't clean the table at appropriate time or serve the food. They just keep asking you hogaya, aur kuch, while eating food which is very annoying.

Had to tab hua me cold drink pi Raha tha thoda last me pineke liye rakha tha ..Bhai aaya aur leke Gaya ...like Mera pike hogaya...

Earlier i used to go there almost daily, the food used to taste like heaven. i used to take home food for my family as well. But nowadays the restaurant owner and the cook has taken for granted, the food has no taste, no salt. Today i went there, i had veg Schezwan rice, Chicken fried rice and Chicken chilly and soya chilly. The food had no taste. The food was ordered and unlike before it came half hr late and there were only 2 tables occupied. Just imagine the horror. The food was full of oil that too. The food was prepared by someone who just thought cooking as a job and not his passion. I used to enjoy having lunch, dinner or whatever it is.. here. But to be very honest, I'll never come here again. I ate half and packed the half and fed them to dogs.. Im not lying and i recommend nothing. Please improve.

Never order food from this restro. Bad hygiene. Use of oil is not of good quality. Food tastes like cardboard. If you ordering specifically online they will sent you stale food and they are not even ashamed of doing this. I ordered triple rice from here and they have sent stale food with bad smell undercooked noodles which were stale too and smelly rice. We had to throw all the food away. And I got food poisioning from this was admitted. Regardless of the extra charges we pay online we are getting such stale food from restro like this....
