Appoos — Restaurant in Kannur

There was a time in the past when they provided good items and service to the customers. Last i visited on April 27, 2023 was totally a different experience than the past. The guy who serves at the tables behaved like i went there to get some free dishes. He was not properly communicating, the item i asked for got delivered very late. Usually they used to give a glass of water along with the main dish, he was not even listening when i was asking for that. The worst was not that, i asked him for napkin / tissue paper at the time when i placed the order. He gave 'half' of a single tissue paper fold( photos attached) along with dish that also missing it's sides 😀(that is the only piece of paper he gave on that purchase). The item taste/ serving was below average. Very poor service. Will never visit this...

I have been there last week and ordered two falooda...be Frank, That was one of the worst tasted falooda i ever had... especially the one called Royal falooda ....I am not familiar with kannur best ice cream parlours...searched in Google and found this one with good rating ...I wonder how this parlour got a such a good rating...

After paying 280 Rs, i decided that I would not go there again ..and will not have falooda again for 6 months atleast ...bcs I hate falooda now...

I won't tell anyone not go there ..it's upto u and u may like it..but it's my personal opinion and will not go there...

This is my favourite ice parlour in Kannur! I usually have their chocolate falooda which is filled with a lot of nuts. The quality of their ice cream is very good and it tastes very rich with flavours. I have been going here for the past 15-20 years and I was never disappointed. I recommend all of their falooda and also their pista ice creams. And of course chocolate ice creams for chocolate lovers.

The service is usually quick and they have ample of seating...
