Bhikharam Sweet House — Restaurant in Kanpur

I recently ordered sweets online from Bhikharam Sweets, Kanpur, and it was a huge disappointment.

The sweets were stale, dry, and tasteless, as if they were prepared days ago.

Packaging was very poor and unhygienic, totally unacceptable for a food item.

The taste was nowhere near what you'd expect from a reputed sweets shop – extremely low quality.

I reached out for a complaint, but their response was careless and unhelpful.

I think it got a good lead in deshi ghee products. Mainly famous for sweets also has good taste in its dishes. I liked dosa the most. If call for value for money I would give 3/5. But yes, tastiness is not less then expectations. The paper of dosa is a lot crunchy and unique. Chowmeen tastes good enough and even the quantity of half plate is sufficient for 2 persons. One of the oldest and famous sweet shop in Kanpur They serve variety of sweets Indian and some Chinese dishes... They are specialist in their sweets while certain Indian dishes I personally loved their rasmalai in sweets , dosa in Indian dishes and chilli paneer in chinese...
