Chung Fa — Restaurant in Kanpur

I feel bad for myself that I was excited visiting a place like this...the ambience is DEAD!! The food is...well...WE ordered three dishes namely Talumien Soup, Peking Soup and veg chinese chopsuey....though all three contained same soup with fishy flavour with a hint of potato starch. the Talumien soup had boiled noodles while peking soup's description said it contains fried noodles but it was clearly uncooked noodles while chopsy was served as seperately with fried noodles and soup!!! SAME SOUP FOR ALL THREE DISHES !! I never left food in my plate once in my life time but what they served was something I couldn't swallow....EPIC FAIL !! yes I would surely had let it go but even after coming home from this bizzare food encounter its been 3 hours and the fishy taste still remained. No rush at all ! We two were only people present with sound of fans creating white noise...not appreciated...the restaurant is supposed to be chinese as it says though first thing in the menu is Kimchi and there's no seperation for Pan Asian delicacies...the Menu is stressed and not thoughtful too. The outer has alot more personality than the inside ambience, food or service. No music, no fancy anything, the dishes was all just so same and lame(no different from one another),RIP flavours, the plain jane with no highlight kinda place....NEVER VISING AGAIN NOR LETTING ANYONE GO I swear!! I would have been a happier person if I just had a street style something that comes in 10th of the cost we paid...My brother told me not to order anything else after our taste buds died with the two failed but same soup dishes....I wish I have listened...

So after a month long , I decided to step out and landed up at this super amazing and authentic Chinese Restaurant, Chung Fa!! 🍜

What I had: ▪️Veg American Choupsey ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must try. A delectable blend of sweet n sour sauces with vegetables served piping hot with crispy fried noodles 🍜 ▪️Paneer Manchurian ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨Soft and delicious Manchurian balls served in vegetable Manchurian Gravy with yummy sauces😍 ▪️Veg Singapore Noodles ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was the first time I had authentic Singapore noodles served as it is shown in chinese movies🤭 Loaded with crispy , fresh vegetables soaked in tasty chinese gravy with noodles, it was a delight to have this❤️ All this was accompanied with ThumpsUp🥤

Do give this place a visit with friends and family and enjoy some really amazing chinese food that too in nominal amount ❤️

Went there on 14th Sept 2017. Food was very bad. Neither American Chopsuey nor noodles were up to par. Let alone eating. Another starter including a potato dish was way horrible with just potato lachhas in loads of oil. Too much negativity for health. When manager was called twice was to say the food wasn't satisfactory, he sent the waiter and didn't even bother. We have been old regulars to this place and have loved the food there but post current treatment of not being attended even though we were the only four they had at the moment. Their unwillingness to own up, or even bother to listen and bad food, all suggest, stop visiting this place. There are better places for value of your hard...
