Bubble House Cafe — Restaurant in Kanpur

I was so excited to see a boba option in kanpur. I mostly live in Delhi and have been a fan of boba. Have tried amazing bubble tea from various brands.

I was so quick to order it from swiggy since I love me a good bubble tea.

The order arrived it had a cute self written note and all so I was excited and but the min I saw the bottle it left me disappointed.

This was one of the most non bobaish bubble shake I drank.

First the balls were disintegrated ? Like that's crazy. None of the balls were even visible. Secondly. I could taste cornstarch like texture when I had a sip of the shake along with boba.

Boba is supposed to be completely soaked in syrup and is usually transparent. Is very light and bubbly when slurpped. It should look something like orbeez ( for a comparison)

It was none .

It looked as if I was given an undercooked and dry boba balls batch. It was powdery and non transparent. And everything disintegrated. Like none of the original spherical ball was even visible when I received the bottle.

Ps there was a caramel like chunks slathered all over the bottle. I had a sip and it was so bad. I tried not to have it in my sip. The blue berry shake alone was okay. The balls were a disaster.

This bubble tea ruined my mood. I never usually write reviews but seriously man I wanted to address this to people. I feel sorry for people if this is the kind of regular service this restaurant provides in name for bubble tea. Because if that's the case. This is far away from bubble tea.

The place definitely needs to rectify their recipe or staff or whatever error that happened with my batch. because I am sheer pissed. It was my first order from this place and pfff. I feel cheated and betrayed. Anyways I paid like 200 for this and now I feel sad like I wasted my money because it wasn't...

I recently had the pleasure of trying what I can confidently call the best pink sauce pasta I've ever eaten. From the very first bite, it was clear this dish was something special... The sauce was the perfect balance between creamy and tangy — rich with the depth of tomato flavor but mellowed beautifully with just the right amount of cream. It had that velvety texture that clings to each strand of pasta without being too heavy. I was just here to share my bad experience with the cafe staff and I read some reviews where so many other people has complained about the staff. But instead of accepting their mistake and improving it the cafe guys are very cleverly blaming back to the customers like everyone in their cafe is coming to have outside food . I think it would be better if the owner take these complaints seriously and try to improve it otherwise the cafe will not run for a long term because of their no manners of talking with...
