Absolutely Pathetic, I came to my parents place , instead of ignoring poor reviews by our parents we explored this place because of brand but it was a blunder. We ordered cheese pizza, american choosey,Chole bhature , Sambhar bada. I have no words to explain everything was so Pathetic, our time money totally got wasted . Sambhar bada - totally staled...they just deep fried semi fried bada...which was no doubt three or four days old. American chopsey- was bit OK.. just bearable. Choley bhature- ekdum bakwas.. Cheese pizza - it was too hard and was smelled so badly kids even hesitated to taste...it..itna bakwass pizza mainy kabhi nahi khaya.. Please for god sake don't fool customers and charge hefty amount from them.. I would recommend 0 star to this Pathetic place... You guys have literally spoiled, mood time and...

Having grown up in kanpur, we always looked forward to visiting pandits at mall road, so when we heard they opened another location in indra Nagar, we were thrilled. But we were disappointed. The service is extremely slow and not coordinated. They took our otder for chhole bhature then returned 10 min later to say we are out of chhole bhature. That's just one example. On the next visit when we actually got chhole bhature, the bhaturss were extremely oily, like oil dripping from it. Looks like their quality has dropped...

Absolutely pathetic service! We waited over 50 minutes for just three items, while watching other tables receive multiple dishes right in front of us. They clearly prioritized other guests, ignoring us entirely, and couldn’t even prepare a single dish in all that time. The waiting time here is a joke. If you value your time and expect even a hint of respect, avoid this place. Truly a disappointing experience and not worth it! Mood killer and worst...
