Read moreWe recently held a naming ceremony at A to B Bommasandra on Sunday and ordered food for 120-130 guests, paying for 90 members in advance. Unfortunately, the service and food quality provided were far below expectations, causing great disappointment.
Here are the key issues we faced:
Inadequate Staff: Only three staff members were present to manage the food service, leading to extremely slow service. Guests were not served properly, and some were even denied second servings when requested. Welcome Drink Quantity: The welcome drink was served in insufficient quantities—less than 100ml per guest—making it feel inadequate and unprofessional. Rude Treatment: Our guests felt disrespected, as the staff treated them poorly, making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Insects in Food: To our horror, we found insects in the rice and sambar, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. We chose A to B because of its reputation, but this experience was the worst we’ve ever had. Food is the highlight of any function, and the poor quality and service left us embarrassed in front of our guests.

Schezwan Fried Rice: This dish was a highlight, perfectly balancing spicy and tangy notes with well-cooked rice and crunchy vegetables. The Schezwan sauce added a bold, fiery kick, making it a treat for spice lovers.
Idly, Vada, and Sambar: The traditional South Indian trio did not disappoint. The idlies were soft and fluffy, while the vadas were crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sambar was aromatic and flavorful, complementing the idly and vada perfectly.
Gobi Manchurian: A classy addition to the meal, the Gobi Manchurian was well-prepared with crispy cauliflower florets tossed in a tangy, savory sauce. It stood out with its perfect blend of textures and flavors.
Coffee: The dinner was capped off with a cup of the sweetest, most aromatic South Indian filter coffee, which served as the perfect final touch to a satisfying meal.
Overall, A2B Bommasandra impressed with its diverse menu and the quality of its dishes, making it a memorable...
