Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at ambika upahara restaurant that boasts the best crispy vada I have ever tasted. In fact I loved it so much that I ended up ordering it three times during my visit. The vada was perfectly fried to a golden brown, with a delightful crunch on the outside and a soft, flavorful center. It was served with two types of chutney, both of which complemented the vada wonderfully.Apart from the vada, I also tried their Mysore - style masala dosa and butter masala dosa. Let me tell you, they were both outstanding. The dosas were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a delectable filling. The flavors were well-balanced and left me craving for more. The service at this restaurant was top notch. The attendants were extremely skilled and handled the orders with expertise.Despite the small space of the restaurant, the ambiance was cozy and inviting. It didn't hinder my enjoyment of the food in any way.To complete my meal, I decided to try their coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and perfectly brewed, far surpassing my expectations. If you're a fan of crispy vada, flavorful dosas, and excellent service, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. It's a hidden gem that will surely fill your heart and leave you with a satisfied palate.Coorg Best...
Read moreI am really wondering how Google cheated us showing this high rating which infact could be paid by the management. My humble request to all to read my review and try the restaurant. If you find my review truthful, please give your honest feedback on Google so the world knows the reality.
Really tried my best to accommodate this unhygienic, pathetic tasting and ill-mannered restaurant with completely deaf acting floor manager. We had been there two times as felt once since it was heavy rush they were not able to serve rightly or do a good job. However it was no surprise that this morning they continued their pathetic show with half the order which came after 30 mins and other half they having no idea what it was. The dosa was burnt and masala dosa had not masala in it. The tea coffee which never came was not any different. When complaint was made they mocked us and didn't even turn their face towards us and later started shouting on the women. They don't follow any government guidelines for covid 19 and should be investigated and shut down as soon as possible. They don't have any idea about what covid19 is and thinks it is just about putting mask on neck and chin. To top it all the kinley water they sold there tasted like borewell water and for everyone who doesn't trust it, please buy...
