It's been 28 years for me in Karwar, and I've tried food in multiple new and old restaurants, but I've never had such a terrible experience until today. I feel ashamed and sorry for the people who have been here, be it the native Karwarians or tourists. I received refrigerated biryani and starters that smelled rotten. The biryani was at least made 2 days before, and the chicken in the starters was so bad that the two of us couldn't finish 6-7 pieces. The staff is rude, and the owner doesn't seem very interested in running his business. I'd rather eat roadside food or starve for the rest of my life before putting my foot down again at this restaurant.

If this behavior and theft continue, it won't be long before these guys shut down the restaurant.

This was completely unexpected, especially since I had specifically chosen a vegetarian meal.
