BLR Brewing Co - Kanakapura Road — Restaurant in Karnataka

Hey guyzzz, do you know...Whattay Brew Park is now BLR Brewing Co. ? I had been here a few days back along with my friend. Since it was a weekday, there wasn't much crowd.

The Ambience is such a wow !!! they've spacious outdoor and indoor seating....has a lot of seating options, surrounded by tall and beautiful trees with a pond in the center... the outdoor ambience pecked with cool breeze is AH-MAZING, absolutely serene and calm, love the pleasant vibes. The scenery is a plus point. The tables are spaciously spread around.

Courteous staff and remarkable service by the Floor Manager Mr. Jagadish and he was generous enough to serve some lip smacking dishes. Special mention and great applause to the chef Mr. Venkat who curated the delightful veg menu.

*The Moctails were quite soothing to the palate. They had a fun tinge to it. *All the starters were TOP-NOTCH, especially Wasabi Mushroom, Bhurwan aloo and Paan ka paneer tikka (have never tasted anything like that) tasted quite unique and delightful to the tastebuds. *The main course was justttt DELECTABLE....Thai green curry with sticky rice, crakers and papaya salad was an explosion of flavours in my mouth. *The pizza tho woke up my tastebuds😋 *After eating this hefty food, wanted something to refresh and thus ordered Apple Pie with vanilla ice-cream and Choco Lava Cake with vanilla ice-cream icecream which tasted quite Toothsome. The Food here is something you will remember for a long time.

Just loved the beautiful presentation of the dishes, i now believe food that appeals the eye and the mind would definitely elivates the appetite. The attention to details are very evident. Indian fusion and trending and places like these definitely excel in the trend wagon. Must recommended to try out the above mentioned dishes.

Whether you wanna get out of the bustling Bengaluru City or get some calm flowing in the blood, the place to head over is Whattay Brew and Kitchen, being a part of Holiday Village Resort, Whattay has is located off Kanakapura Main Road at Jyotipuram.

Speaking about environment, it is a world out of the city, serene music, well preserved tall trees and wide open terraces and an artificial canals with beautiful fish adorn this Brewery. Speaking about the serene music, this place makes sure to take you to another world with early 2000s walls and some extremely soothing and calm music.

Being a Brewery, the place serves some really good beer, tried their Belgian Wit, Hefeweizen and Stout Beer, their Hefeweizen was the best of the rest. Some really good veg starters to go with the wonderful beer are the Paneer Peshawari Tikka, Namma Potato Wedges and Bhutta Methi and Corn Kebabs.

Along with the beer, Whattay also serves some really good Cocktails which are garnished with loads of tropical goodness, like cherries and cucumber. Rummy Bae is white Rum based cocktail which was extremely refreshing and would be great on a hot sunny day. Oranage Julip is another classic Whiskey Sour.

Coming to main course, Whattay has some real good veg curries and Naan, a few must tries are the classic Dal Makhani, Paneer Lababdar and Veg Panang, these curries were really good for brewery standards. Also tried their Special Veg Thai Curry and Rice, loaded with loads of vegetables the coconut flavor of the curry was too good.

Also a special mention goes to a mock-tail named Virgin Ninyang, milk and chocolate based mock-tail, we as a gang ordered 20 portions of this drink.

Coming to desserts, this is where Whattay falls short with exotic servings, having only brownie with ice cream, chocolate cigars and apple pie with ice cream, like the apple pie the most. Overall a really good experience and would recommend the place for a lazy and long Saturday.

Worth it? - Totally, the brews, starters and main course were really good.
