California Burrito Mexican Kitchen @ Kanakpura — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We ordered on Saturday from this place via Swiggy, what we found first was 1. that order was not being given to the Swiggy chap inspite of him waiting 2. We were asked to call the customer care of Swiggy 3. Manager was some chap who was not responding to the Swiggy rider even after he reached the palce 4. Finally we got the order after 1 and a half hours, the order was a wrong one! we ordered something & got delivered something else- dont buy anything from this particular store- i think management is fishy, perhaps they may even be putting stuff in our food- or god knows what else

I got a message from the owner/manager, when i responded, no further message was received from them, dont go here.. I pinged that number on WhatsApp thinking they want to...

See the food is good. But the management here is pathetic. It will be always miss managed. I tried ordering grilled chicken bowl. On of the guy said it's over the manager said no we are making it. Then they mixed peri peri potato with crispy mushroom.... also while mixing the person didn't even noticed that the water OK the bottom of the bowl is spilling into some other topping. It was really messy.

I have purchased atleast thrice from this store and never I had received my food on time it always took more than 45 mins to order 3 bowls and 1 quesedilla.... 0 marks for service.

Edit - this what they have done after asking to message over whatsapp NOTHING. CALIFORNIA BURRITO DIDN'T EVEN...

Quick service, delicious food, great experience altogether.

California Burrito’s recent rebranding definitely includes a recipe upgrade because food has suddenly become much much much better than it used to be. The place looks very up to the times - ironic, since the rebranding is very nostalgic and of times past.

Anyway, a huuuge veg selection, which I love. Their staff is so friendly and welcoming and really knows what they’re doing.

Please try their Habanero Burrito, idk what they put in that sauce it is 👹🧨 in the best way. And the cheaper cheese taco, with crispy mushroom.
