Brik Oven - Neapolitan Style Pizzas (Sarjapur) — Restaurant in Karnataka

Brik oven leadership team, though the sourdough base is very good, for customer satisfaction and in order to have repeat orders, kindly don't cut corners in putting the right amount of cheese and toppings. I understand that costs are rising, but you are charging damn 600 bucks for this pizza. If you love your business plz make customer happy and cut all this crap. Also I am charged ₹ 140 for just boxes as packaging charges, come on, are you kidding? Don't give discounts, give quality and charge for it and don't cut corners and make profits...

Very very stupid / arrogant or fraud staffs. I ordered pizzas for delivery, but they missed some items, and even the others were delivered wrong. These staffs never apologised, and they denied their mistakes. At the end, I had to process to refund. We were waiting over 1 hour for god damn pizzas.I always had very good experiences with other Brik Oven branches. But these staffs made me that I would never want order from this restaurant again. If the owner sees this, he/she has to change or re-educate the staffs. So disappointed...

Brik Oven is our family’s go to place for sourdough pizzas. We absolutely love their pizzas. We have ordered multiple times over the years and just a couple of days back, ordered the Pepperoni Pizza, Streaking Pigs pizza & Bird in hand pizza. We have always ordered the OG pizza but wanted to try the others this time, and were not disappointed. The pizzas disappeared in the blink of an eye.
