Today we visited Café Coffee Day in Kanakpura and had an extremely unpleasant experience with the manager Anu. From the moment we sat down, her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We were tired and I was not feeling well, and we had urgently needed to charge our phones. We had just settled in and were about to place an order when she began displaying a clear attitude crossing by us repeatedly, rolling her eyes, and looking at us from top to bottom. What shocked us even more was that she sent another employee to tell us we had to either place an order immediately or leave. She was shouting and screaming at us in front of other customers, which was extremely humiliating. We expressed that her behavior was inappropriate, but she continued. She even said, This is my café, I can roll my eyes, I can shout at you, I can do anything. Her arrogance and attitude were completely unacceptable. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand that stressful situations can happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. Politeness and basic courtesy are essential, not just towards customers but towards any human being. A manager’s role is to handle situations professionally, not escalate them or make customers feel humiliated. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any café. But today I noticed while I was spending time in the cafe
Thare is electric bike charger out side of the cafe thay charged the bike and sum three customer came and set inside without ordering for long time Once staff went and asked the order thay raised them voice and talked even with the lady manager very rude....in that three one of the customer he told I have 2cafe of my own and he talked rude with the staff and manager I really felt which doesn't makes any sense of by telling like that.....even we to have our own restorent "it's staff duty to do them work"....if you really have cafe do you expect the same time pass customer in your cafe with out ordering
I like to say it's an common sense to order and sit in any sales store..... instead of raising your voice when thay asked order .....thay will be working there for company..... thay are not slave of your house I would request you to give respect and take respect from any workers
Don't put nonsense review on store or employee, manager When you have miss behave and mistake from your side
Because I have keep on visiting this cafe with my family most of the time and every time went back with beautiful experience .... Being a customer I felt bad when that customer talk in rude way to Manager and staff ... even we to handle staff in our restaurant

This is the worst cafe coffee day branch in India. I ain't dissatisfied with the food, but their special staff is responsible for it. It has become a market place, they speak loudly, cause the staff itself is involved in the chatter. You won't let us do our stuff peacefully. Main thing is that the staff here acts weirdly, and they have no sense on how to deal with customers. No, loss for me, I stopped going to Cafe coffee day due to this branch and it's staff.
My favourite is the Tandoori chicken sandwich which is my regular choice. I would add it with Cappuccino, frappe, latte or their sundaes. You can see the pics attached on different days.
