Very over-hyped place. More than food a little , it is comments or way the Manager/Supervisor spoke to neighboring table which is not acceptable- At least unlike AoL campus like. They need you to scan for menu and order as well - which was followed by many restaurants after lock down but many are doing away with it - mainly for the reason that Cafe/Bistros are meant for that personal touch ..Anyways what happened was The guest seems to have scanned twice by mistake and Manager pointed her out and started arguing with her- Mgr-"It is billed twice, what will we do, we cant reverse bill as per rules" (where is that written on table rules for guest to know) , Women- " By mistake I ordered, couldn't understand the ordering system" - Mgr - " How hard it is , it is like ordering from zomato , simple page to use" Really! you want to mention that. Don't you have brains to see same items was ordered 2 times for same table number in App. Moreover, it doesn't end here- We finished, and as there is option on scanned page to generate bill- I kept clicking on that - Guess what - It requires a Pin which is not given to guests --- Now what should I ask for generating bill in person ???? Now it is not simple system like zomato ??? What waste of attitude.
Coming to food- Food given on Plastic plates - very hot pizza put on a Plastic plate with lifted edges , and cheese which is melted but not sticking to pizza base, and nothing given to list the slices--- So you somehow lift hot slice with hand , whole chees slips off the pizza and kids watching their most wanted thing falling on table , Poor guys.... No salt on pizza, Absolutely bland, Chilly Flake shaker has so big slots you got to learn to maneuver so you are not having heap of chilly on your pizza Price-...
Read moreI came here after trying their outlet at Forum Falcon. This is located on Kanakapura Main Road and the signboard may not be clearly visible during the day. It’s adjacent to the main gate of the Art of Living Ashram. There is parking space on the restaurant premises. To enter, there’s an elevation.
The restaurant has a blissful ambience (apt that it is situated next to the Ashram) with outdoor as well as indoor dining options. The food is veg and mostly continental.
I’ve been visiting over the last few months and I noticed the standard of food is maintained - taste-wise, quality-wise and hygiene-wise.
One places one’s order using the QR code at the table. The menu is available on dineout on your smartphone. They ensure that the instructions one has added at the time are followed. Service is prompt, so one can add instructions that the main course dishes be served a little after one’s appetisers or else, everything may arrive all at once!
They use good quality ingredients in the food and this takes the taste a notch higher. The wood-fired pizzas are scrumptious and I enjoy the A2 milk chocolate ice-cream. Save for the bakery items and shakes, I’ve tried almost everything on the alluring menu and I’ve had no complaints whatsoever. One must try their chef’s special of the day as it hasn’t disappointed me so far. For some reason, I simply feel happy after eating here as I would after eating at home, which I noticed I rarely do when I eat outside.
Service is prompt and they incorporate feedback well.
There’s a separate bakery outlet here as well where they sell neatly-presented items made in the Ashram - options without maida, sugar etc. are available. There's indoor seating space here too.

There's both closed and open space dining available. The open space dining is close to the road and has a nice dhaba like vibe to it. We thought that the honking and the traffic outside would get to us but surprisingly it wasn't the case.
Food- 5/5: The only part of the review that matters and this cafe served some exceptional quality food. The mixed berry milkshake is a must have. Oreo milkshake was underwhelming, it was extremely bland. The peri peri fries and cheese garlic bread were great starters to pick. The Aglio olio speghetti pasta was made to perfection. Had the perfect amount of spices and pepper to make it not overwhelmingly spicy. The wood fire pizza with paneer and pineapple was extremely delicious and the extra cheese add on turned it into a pizza we'll remember for quite some time. The gulkand cheesecake had a weird texture profile even on the palette and was unique but not extraordinary.
Service- 5/5: On a busy Sunday evening with all seats filled, the service was extremely quick. Within minutes of placing orders on the app, the dishes were delivered to our tables, hot and fresh! From where we sat, we could see the lads in the kitchen toiling hard to make every dish count. Especially the simple requests like extra mayo, ketchup were catered to at an incredible pace.
Though the price of food and drinks are on the expensive side, they definitely make up for it in terms of quality and taste. I definitely recommend visiting this place with friends or family for...
