ZERO EMPATHY ,ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ,VENGEFUL ATTITUDE!!
so let me start by saying I am a regular with Third Wave Coffee , and never have I experienced this at any other outlet
I went here to get some coffee with my friend and our toddler children
MY friend requested for a extra cup which was flatley refused then I requested to heat my child's milk and in the microwave the guy just started giving some lame excuses and said it could not be done ,now I still somehow accepted this but then my friend 's wife walked in with a single cup of ice cream In her hand and this guy said sorry no outside food allowed
wow 👌 just pathetic 🙄, when we we had already ordered 3 medium cups of cold brews , picking on such small things this is where I protested and also apprised the guy that heating of a todllers milk is never refused anywhere in the WORLD this is the first time I experienced this , 😳 also i am level 2 influencer with the app so obviously a regular was flabbergasted with the attitude now comes the icing on the cake
My protest was rewarded with a really badly made Vietnamese shekrato it was ao bad I had to throw it , unfortunately the feedback has to be accepted this is not the way to respond to a feedback!
MY PRECEPTION OF THE BRAND HAS REALLY DETORIATED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!! HOPE THE COMPANY CONDUCTS SOME WORKSHOP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BASIC EMPATHY SKILLS SO THAT THE STAFF BEHAVES LIKE HUMANS...

Flooded with light & clean as a new pin, what's not to love? We brunched off sandwiches (smoked tandoori chicken & honey-mustard chicken) and a pleasingly plated hummus & pita platter. Good food, with servings good enough for two, though I believe the sandwiches do need a dip/sauce/chutney of some sort - they're rather dry without. Coffee (which arrived with a heart-shaped dollop of cream on top), however, was served in a cup the size of a mini bucket - fellas, have mercy: no one can possibly down a gallon of coffee (priced the same as the food), no matter how good it tastes, at a single sitting! On the bright side, that single cup could serve three, and most certainly two. The passion fruit iced tea was light & just perfect for the sandwiches. Plus, they have their in-house coffee variants & coffee mugs, nicely displayed, on sale. Well done, Team, with your rapid service, hot food & courteous...

The warm lighting and thoughtfully done decor create a soothing ambience, perfect for working or just to relax with a book. Large glass partitions opening to the outside view add a nice touch, especially during evening sunsets. The overall layout and seating are well spaced out, so it never feels cramped.
On weekdays it’s usually calm with little crowd, while weekend afternoons can be busy.
The Sea Salt Mocha and Orange Zest Mocha stand out in beverages, while the Paneer Salad and Pita Platter are great vegetarian food options.
Plug points are available at most seats, which is a plus if you’re working. There is some outdoor seating as well, though it faces directly onto the traffic of Kanakapura Main Road.
Parking is on the street and is shared with other stores, its easily available most of the times but can be crowded on weekend evenings.
A clean and well-maintained washroom is...
