I am a regular customer of Domino's and I used to love your pizzas when I was staying in Bangalore. Yesterday, I tried Domino's pizza and service at this place and to be honest my experience here compared to Bangalore outlets is not positive.

The girl, who was taking orders was not comfortable with regional languages and confusing customers with the Menu.

Pizza taste is not at all comparable to the ones I tasted in Bangalore They interchanged few orders related to cheese bursts.

Place and washrooms look clean

Worst thing is, I got a call from this outlet after 30 minutes. I was driving then. In the call they were telling me about some message I got from dominos. I asked them whether it's urgent? they were like "Yes, it's too urgent". I stopped my car on the roadside and attended the call. To my surprise they basically wanted me to forward the feedback link I got from domino's so that they can only rate themselves. I got what they are trying to do. I gave my feedback using that link and then forwarded the message to them. After seeing the link was no more operational they reverted to me with an apology.

Its not ethical to ask customer to share the feedback message

We provide our contact number to reach out to us in case of emergency and not stuff like this. This would make customers give fake contact numbers at the counter.

For the people who work here, Domino's need to give some training about how to handle customers.

For them it's just a job. But, Company will lose its reputation because of this.

You guys need to work a lot on this store. Its not at all on par with the metro city outlets
