Domino's Pizza | Nexus Forum Mall, Nazariabad Mohalla — Restaurant in Karnataka

We experienced a very bad service today at nexus mall mysore dominos... The cashier were impolite and order taker were irresponsible with their behaviour, we were asked to pay with cash as their online payment machine wasnt working but we didnt have cash and asked them if they could adjust but they denied without even trying to help so we went around to search of cash, so we paid, they returned us the money with 8 rupees less oh ya wt is there to fight just for eight rupees but no we asked them pls return 8 rupees it was missing from the return money but they told they gave and later they clarified saying it was the ketchup so we replied we didnt want thw ketchup so return 8 rupees, but they replied for that they want us to give 2 rupees so they could give 10 in return, but they never told in advanced that they didnt have 8 rupees and gave ketchup for that which is the right way to do their job, so we were not happy and at last it was not that they didnt have the change but just to ease their work they carried it away without considering the concern of customer. We would really appreciate if there is mutual understanding when simple but complicated situation like this. They were rude the way they talk and the way they replied. This is my very first bad review giving toward dominos as I totally get the service was not carried out like this in any other branch I...

It was 12 July around 7 pm.

We had a very bad experience with one of lady staff (bit chubby). Shes at the counter. Actually the scan code isnt working so we waited as they said it will be functional in 5 mins. We waited st the corner n people with cash carryed on for ordering. When the scan was functional but she dint let us take order and took others. When our turn came again it went off. Total wait time was for more than 30 min. Then we somehow managed to get cash from someone (FYI we tired alot). Later when we ordered and in place of change she gave us few ketchup (lol..ketchup really?) and didn’t even inform us thats the replacement for change. When I calculated (we rarely do) asked she was then saying She gave ketchup (nonsense). First of all they r the one who asked for cash… she was very rude. Asking us for a change, when we confronted then they gave the change. They actually had a change but instead giving ketchup. Not acceptable at all.

Very poor customer...

I will not purchase Domino's pizza again. When did it become acceptable to put so many additives in cheese that it is NO longer cheese? Pizza is supposed to contain mozzarella cheese... cheese that makes strings when you pick up a piece of the pizza. The "cheese" on Domino's pizza does NOT. I don't know what they're using but it's NOT real cheese! Domino's needs to stop cutting corners and start using real ingredients. People need to be able to be able to purchase something and be comfortable in what they are eating. This certainly does not include some questionable white topping Domino's passes...
