Domino's Pizza | Vivekananda Nagar, Mysuru — Restaurant in Karnataka

Dismal service, this store can single handedly spoil Domino's reputation in Mysore. As a Domino's pizza fan, I've stayed in a few different areas and ordered Dominos/dined-in at many stores in Mysore and outside too. But the service levels at this place are pathetic. They send incorrect orders, forget to put toppings that are paid for, they even forget sauces that are a standard part of the ordered pizza. Unfortunately for me, since my home is in this area now, this is the only Domino's store I am able to place an order for. Even the staff behavior in-store or over phones is lazy, they are least bothered about doing their job or improving their service. I faced a problem with payment mode via Google pay from your side. Because my google pay showed that the amount had been deducted from my bank. But you're service provider told the amount has not credited yet. So I paid the amount 3 times and got the parcel of pizza. But the amount that has deducted twice earlier is not yet been credited in my account and showing has its been paid towards pizza. This is ridiculous and keep up a proper scan card for payment mode of Google pay/ phone pay. And please confirm me the amount which has been deducted twice for your account. So from this purchase I even should not put 2 stars because I paid total of 630 rs for 210 rs pizza. Service is not...

No second thought about the food/quality. Just that the service here sucks big time. They are known for delaying, I once ordered pizza and chose pick up from store option. By the time I reached the place, I got a message saying it was already picked up. Then I hear from manager that delivery boy took it thinking its for delivery. I had to wait 30 minutes again to get my order.

Not so friendly customer service at all. Better opt for delivery than going into the store. Kuvempunagar store is a lot better...
