Worst quality and as customer service as well. Person has “assumed” it as new year cake and stuck it as “Happy new Year” because he is all human and can make mistakes but customer needs to be well educated who knows to read the every details in his menu and act right and also pay for his unwanted cakes and also not ask for refund neither want to exchange it for right product. but it was not for that. cake smells extremely bad and full of bad quality cream and sugary. when asked for refund, he shows his arrogance and cunningness to slip through. Didn’t even pay back neither exchanged the his “assumed new year” cake. I have order ID for cake delivered to me. And feels extremely cheated as he says gives reasons not to be responsible for his own products which’s delivered by third party and slips away with his mistakes. And donot even care how customer feels cheated and arrogant attitude and his arguments to shut down customer is add on. When I requested him he went to an extent to say, you donot even eat it and it’s not his business as it’s delivered by third party and won’t even refund neither exchange is If send him back his product. Ordered cake for many occasions since a year.. Really wonderful experience.. We doesn't even get any thought to go to other shops to have pastries.. This is best.. They take orders online, delivers to the location for surprise celebrations even in the midnight. The designs of cake will reach our expectations. Taste is awesome.. No doubts in that.. There is an area in Bake house where we can have small celebrations. Also they have sandwiches, bread and other snack items and ice-creams. Ice-creams they prepare fresh with freshly cut fruits, freshly cut and fried dry fruits. Hence they have really wonderful taste. Worth time...
