I urge you to review the timeline of my original post and subsequent edits before responding. I believe it is crucial to be professional when receiving feedback from customers and to consider it constructively. Rather than dismissing or invalidating my feedback, I hoped you would take it as an opportunity to improve.

Initially, I only mentioned concerns about your customer service, but your response has shed light on your overall attitude towards feedback. This negative encounter compelled me to share my experience publicly. I kindly request that you refrain from repeating such unethical behavior in the future without thoroughly verifying the details.

Drnk Lab has a really cool vibe and is perfect for a relaxed meal or just chilling out with friends.
