Read moreThis is used to be my frequent place of visit since I Love the ambience and the food here is too good. I usually cling to the roof top restaurant since itz spacious and lovely. I would like to bring to the notice of the owner and the management who runs this place that the staffs in Route 66 in the 1st floor is very rude. To my demise yesterday I had gone for dinner with a couple of family friends (incl kids) so that's the reason we chose Route 66 (non smoking). We had a personal waiter who took our orders named Mr. Prashanth. We had placed an order for one fish steak sizzler with mushroom sause and a chicken steak Sizzler cause I used to love the Sizzlers out there. But yesterday Mr. Prashanth had served us something different and forced us to prove its a sizzler. We then had to call the manager and bring to his notice but it was still in vain since they had transferred the dish what they got into a sizzler plate n served. We aren't fools. Even after then I asked Prashanth sorry if we had any miscommunication but rather him calming down he jumped over and was even more adamant that what he did was right. Second good here is differently tasty. If you are tired of same (although tasty) Mangaloren food this is different. Thirdly it has ample space with three massive floors! Very neat and clean. Now having said all these, just keep following points in your mind. First the alcohol served is kind of expensive. They could have generated better revenue with slight low prices. Second food quantity is kind off low in quantity for the price. Third, I was bored as there were absolutely no people inside the middle layer! I like to have people around me.
