Price point making very high in year only , hotel shubham has changed a lot some timings gives good taste some time very bad , this has to maintain.

Service part the lady staffs they hired they behave like rowides , no proper response , no come for taking orders properly , if we point that they started talking very bad on customers, I don't know what owner doing for this . Still May they pointed this or not

If we go for taking food parcel , if customer ask for any food there they don't know wether it available or not , tel customer to go check with kitchen and then we need to inform cashier , then they generate bill , very rude behaviour experiencing these situation recent days a lot ,

Owner only looking for North Indian cuisine , I think they completely out of focus on South cuisine , and south cuisine staffs maintenance n behaviour part ! If same things keeps repeating sure by ages hotel start losing good name n brand value may the having best examples around the city only , better correct these things soon are else competitors may raise to make correct these things ! Keep your roots inside the earth only if you started placing it on sky soon it gets starts falling,

Staff unprofessional behaviour has to change or your brand name doesn't work out much ! first train your employees then allow them to work , hope owner...
