Worst customer service ever faced from a restaurant We (me with family and kid) came to visit Shimoga today from Bangalore and went to the restaurant seeing the google rating. There were people waiting and we joined the queue. Then a staff wearing their uniform came and asked us about the count and asked us to go with her and showed us a seat. Later some other staff came and asked us to get up and wait in the queue in front of all the other guests making a scene. When we told about what happened, they were not even listening and put all blame on us instead of checking with their own staff. We even asked to check the camera footage and see. The staff there were asking us to leave the seat without even saying a sorry. They made a scene and insulted us in front of everyone to cover their incompetence in maintaining a process for their staff. We had to leave the restaurant at the end as everyone was watching and I never felt this...

Giving 1 star due to service.

I have ordered 2/4 Manchow Soup, 2 chicken starters, 4 naan, 1 kaju masala and 1 chicken biryani. They served Soup on time but somehow the next item took almost 30 mins, and in the process chicken starters got skipped. Upon asking the reason, the waiter said the starter may have been served to some other table. Let's assume it's fine till now. When I looked at the bill I saw that 1 Litre water bottle price is 25 INR. Water bottle does not have any restaurant label in it.

Upon asking why the water bottle is priced at 25 INR, the reason is that other restaurants charge 30 INR.

Buddy the MRP(Maximum Retail Price) is at 20, you cannot charge more than that. This is called daylight robbery....

Utterly disappointing experiences today. Good food & service was my comment two months back with 5 stars. Had said the same thing to many after my first visit. This time it was so different that I suspected if I got into the wrong restaurant!

Isiri shimoga - They didn't bother to service us. The order was taken very very late, the food was served muuuuuch later, ordered Chicken65, what got served was far from it. Didn't taste good either. Pot Biryani was average. The saddest part was water was not served. Even after repeated asking for warm water, got room temp water, later after another stint of a long wait got terribly hot water. The lack of interest in service was palpable. All this was not due to any peak time rush. It was around 5pm that we went in when there were very few customers. Will not...
