👎👎👎🙏🙏🙏🙏🤯🤐😬🥴🥴👎🤦‍♂️One of the Worst Feeling for Food Taste and Service Quality in my entire Life As we Entered No one was there to Guide us to a spot to grab Lunch No one cared about Other New Customers then we Found ourselves a corner Table behind the Pillar and waited for someone to take Order and no one showed up and after a while sone one comes up to take order he went off taking order but as food arrived we didn't expect as it was a Well Known Brand and it's Main Hotel is in our City as is the best amongst all the braches in the state. Because we We Ordered 2 Half Chicken Biryani and ir arrived As If we ordered 2 Quater Disappointed with Quantity and worst Taste and Quality was like very low. After a while we asked for Gravy or Sherva as local language it arrived when we had finished half of our lunch and we didn't receive yet our Soft Beverage which we ordered 2 bottles, then I Re ordered another 1 which came in bur wasn't cold tho I was charged more than the MRP. Later a youg boy I asked for a finger Bowl which he bought and gave promptly good person rest all are worst, confused😵, frustrated 😤, head less chicken 🤔 No training probably for them uniform is not in a proper attire one was on shoes and other on sandal abr onr shirt out as if he is in a holiday. Rest I Had to Go on the billing counter yo pay but didn't recive the bill and the waiter informed me without showing the bill 410 which was worthless and i will Never enter or recommend Any one to Visit Hotel Niyaz Hubli Gokul Road Opp New Bus Stand ,worth less Disappointed...

People have different thoughts about the niyaz hotel and its biriyani. Me being a biriyani lover, i always had positiveness filled in my mind for Niyaz Biriyani and I have also tasted and reviewed at different locations. Today I had a pathetic experience while having lunch. The waiter guy( maybe he was one who accepts orders) who was a bit short and a little dark was really well behaved. 5/5 The waiter who was serving had very rude attitude. I asked him for tissues he never gave. I asked him for finger bowl he never gave.I asked him for chutney he never gave ( the other guy i mentioned in my 1st point brought chutney for me) The guy in blue shirt may be a cleaner was trying to give me finger bowl and this guy was shouting at him that it's not his job🙄 Was it because I was alone and did not order anything except biriyani? I was literally disappointed. -100/5 3.I am very particular when it comes to biriyani. I want to enjoy every grain of rice and meat. This was one of the worst biriyani I ever had. The raw spice flavor was forcing me to stop eating and live. Ginger and Garlic paste raw flavor was all over biriyani. I somehow finished it as I was badly hungry. Never expected this kind of biriyani from The Great Niyaz. I will definitely be a fan of Niyaz but will never enter Niyaz Gokul Road for sure. Not even to buy a water...
