Laziz Pizza — Restaurant in Karnataka

A new pizza joint in town i.e, Laziz Pizza. I had heard a lot about this place before,their other branch which is located in Surathkal but never visited. Finally they opened their second branch in Mangalore which is located at Derebail and I was super excited to try their pizza's. It was been a while since i had some good pizza and this was a true delight. Let's start with the basic- The base was not too thick and not too thin making it perfect thickness size that I always loved. The pizza dough was baked to perfection ❤️ The pizza sauce was delicious and the cheese was ooey-gooey stringy. The cheese pull was soo good and full of toppings 🤤💕 The pizza comes in Classic, Premier & Special, each having thier own varieties. They also have "Your Own Pizza" where you can customise it by selecting any 8 toppings from the pizza menu. My favourite pizza was Chicken Tikka Pizza🍕, Veg Mexican Pizza🌶️🍕,Veg Paprika Pizza🌶️🍕. They also serve Burgers,Side dishes, Fresh Juices and Milkshakes. And not to miss the Chocolate Lava Cake if you love generous amount of molten chocolate oozing out🤤. On September 3, 2020, I had placed order for 1 cheese pizza, 1 Chicken Shezwan pizza and 3 lava cakes. The order was placed through Swiggy. No doubt Swiggy delivery was on time.But I am not happy with the service of Laziz Pizza.I received all items, expect for 3 Lava cakes, instead of receiving all 3 I have received 1. I have immediately contacted Swiggy but the call was not going through then I directly and info the restaurant.The lady who received the call accepted their mistake and said would deliver the remaining two lava cakes.After about 5 mins I again received a call from them, saying there is no delivery staff to deliver the item and that they would refund for those two lava cakes.Till today money has not been refunded and even Swiggy was non co operative. I have been regularly ordering from swiggy for the past 1.5 years, I am not happy with the service of both...agreed the refund money was Rs 160/-, it may be a small amount, but its not always about money it's about ethics and gaining the trust of the customer which is more...

I am fully satisfied with the veg pizzas, veg and cheese coleslaw burgers, french fries and chocolava cakes that I often order from Laziz Pizza (Kuntikana, Mangaluru). These delicacies taste great each time I feast on them. I also admire the quick home delivery of the food items that I order over the phone. The ease of paying the Bill Amounts each time via a number of hassle-free payment modes makes me come back to Laziz Pizza with more orders time and time again.
