McDonald's Bengaluru Chikkajala - Airport Road — Restaurant in Karnataka

Casual visit to have a bite turned out to be a bit of sad experience. Ordered for Strawberry Milkshake and make it without Ice.. Such a simple request (Not Rocket Science). But for some reason no one was able to understand or accommodate my request. The guy at the counter was extreme Adamant that he can't make a drink without Ice.. the Supervisor too failed to understand. Finally had to call the Manager of the restaurant and to my surprise even he was Adamant that a Drink can not be made without Ice. How Ridiculous is that. Not everyone prefers Ice. I literally had to explain the process of making a Milkshake. Then he said that the "Quantity" will be less if I opt for a drink without Ice. So the Whole idea of adding Ice is to increase the quantity. I agreed for lesser quantity (Half a glass of Milkshake) and they were Happy to serve me. So bottom line is Stop Being Robotic and Start Being Human. Serve what the customer is asking rather than Shoving Ice down a customers Throat. It's not too much to ask for. We are paying...

One of the worst managed McDonald's stores. The staff and manager here work as per their convenience and care 2 hoots about customer experience.

Ques here can be very long at crowded times, exposing the incompetence of the staff taking orders who basically have no clue on order taking and kot mgmt.The staff here will shut off the ac when it gets chilled for them. Washrooms, too, are poorly maintained for hygiene required at a food establishment. Wrong order deliveries are the norm here.

The worst being in spite of there being a drive in the staff here will barricade and close the drive in counters citing system or some other issues. Especially on crowded days when they can't manage. Result , you have to park your car and pay for parking to the...

Had been in here on is opening had. People full of enthusiasm. Greeted well. Nice place to spend evening. But went to visit the second time all experience weared off. Will never step here again.

First of all we wanted to customize order. That lady didn't have enough knowledge. We got wrong order. When asked they started arguing this was the order. Had to show then the bill to get right items. They are convincing to have it that way.. which I hated. The quantity is gone to dogs. Cheese very sparse on cheesy fries. The quality of McSwirl was so bad. Check out the pictures. They say it all. I'd rather visit McD in city. You drive here to get disappointed.
