Mughal Durbar — Restaurant in Karnataka

I would like to tell here people that I had extremely bad experience going there, their serive is bad and don't attend their customers, me and my family placed order, and it was already 1 hour since they told us they are preparing our order, after we realized we still didn't recive our order and after reminding them again n again and they lying that few more minutes order Is almost prepared we still waited, we came along with family including my small baby , until we realized that it's closing time and it's been more than one hours and we become disappointed everyone was hungry. Finally my dad decided to tell them we leave without collecting the order only then they said wait sir it's getting prepared actually then they started preparing, they said sir few more minutes it's just done take n go and finally we were waiting few more min jis to collect n leave from there, still still didn't give our order😂. Very bad experience 🙂 on top of that lastly my mother went to ask what happened because they said to wait last time so we waited, one manager said oh we thought we gave u, but they still didn't prepare. 😂

This is something that we experience not even rarely, very bad restaurant, highly disappointed....

A very worst and bitter experience, the hotel is not as good as when it was earlier, the food which was famous and tastier has lost its quality. I took Mutton Biriyani, Mutton was not cooked properly and the same was not cooked along with Buriyani, Mutton was tasteless, no salt, no spices were absorbed, I felt that when I asked for Mutton biriyani @ 9.05 p.m. waiter told it is cooking, he brought hot streaming biriyani with only two piece of mutton which was horrible to eat.

Chicken Kebab was very worst the Chicken was grown old, it was not juicy, found blood stains inside kebab which was not washed properly before frying kebab.

Service is very worst, late serving, we have wait for about 15 minutes for hot water. We have to ask for about 3 times to get the hot water. The waiter was looking after other tables and major concentration only on billing customers.

Found many Rats, bandicoots on the walls near CC Camera, the hotel is not clean, maintenance is not...

I come to this place as it is very near to the railway station but after eating here I would've come to this place even if it was 50km away from the railway station. The Biryani the mutton Afghani the kebabs everything is excellent and mouth watering every time I come here I try a new dish but it exceeds my expectation. The staff are very courteous and bring the food in a jiffy. They have been serving food here from 25 years :0 that speaks for itself the quality quantity and pricing is the best available. I get a homely feeling when I come here.they take special care in preparing the food. I don't get that uneasy feeling you feel when you eat at restaurants. And the Biryani is very light and sumptuous. The spices they add are very succulent.i feel that this must have been the way the mughals cooked their food that is why they won so many battles :P thank you mughal durbar for preparing such...
