Ambience: Asian Series in Mysore offers a warm, contemporary ambiance with a blend of Asian-inspired décor. The interiors are sleek, modern, and infused with subtle elements of Asian culture

Food: As the name suggests, the menu focuses on a variety of Asian cuisines, including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dishes. From sushi platters to dim sums and exotic curries, Asian Series offers an authentic and diverse range of flavors. Their sushi is fresh and artistically prepared, while the dim sum is light and delicious. The menu is thoughtfully curated, catering to different tastes, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Service: The staff at Asian Series are friendly, courteous. The servers do not have much knowledge about the cuisine but the chef comes and explains it to you and also suggests appropriate pairings.

Price: While it’s not the cheapest dining option in Mysore, the attention to detail in both preparation and presentation and the freshness of ingredients make it worth the cost. A meal for two would typically cost between ₹1000-₹1500, depending on your choices.

Overall Experience: Asian Series stands out as one of the best spots for Asian cuisine in Mysore. The restaurant delivers a well-rounded experience with its appealing ambiance, diverse menu and excellent service. Highly recommended for Asian food...

As someone who loves Pan-Asian cuisine and has struggled to find good options in Mysore, the launch of Asian Series Restaurant was an exciting surprise!

Their menu has a lot to offer in both Veg and Non-Veg along with great drinks. We started with the Spicy Veg in Chilli Oil Dimsums, which were moderately oily but well-cooked and flavorful. Next, we tried the Prawn Tempura Roll, which was absolutely delicious—crispy, crunchy, and perfectly stuffed.

During another visit, I ordered Spicy Chicken Katsu Sushi which unfortunately was very salty. It wasn’t the Soy Sauce, but the sushi. However, it could’ve potentially tasted a lot good if the salt added was less. The Spicy Chicken Ramen was served piping hot, packed with spice, and is definitely a must-try.

To wrap up the meal, we went for the Japanese Cheesecake. It had a unique blend of sweet and sour flavors, though it wasn’t exactly my favorite.

The ambiance is decent, with anime and manga streaming to set the vibe. It’s a decent spot with variety in sushi, nigiri, ramen, bao, dim-sums etc and more to choose from.

The service is impressively quick and the waiters are always alert, well-mannered and polite.

A must-visit for Pan-Asian Cuisine lovers in Mysore, where options are...

I recently dined at The Asian Series in Mysore, and it was arguably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an empty dining room, a red flag I should have heeded. The food itself was mediocre at best. We ordered dumplings and sushi, both of which were disappointingly average. The flavors lacked depth, and for the prices they were charging, I expected far better quality. It felt as if I was paying a premium for something that should be served at a much lower price point. What added to the disappointment was the owner's attitude. He seemed to carry the air of someone who believed he was serving the finest cuisine, which made the experience even more frustrating. There was no acknowledgment of the lack of customers or the subpar food. Overall, I left The Asian Series wondering how long this place could last in such a competitive dining scene. My advice? Trust your instincts—if you see a restaurant with zero patrons, it’s probably best to keep walking.
