TimeSquare Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

I visited this cafe recently.

Following are the pros :

1. Good ambiance
2. Great view
3. Subtle music sets a cozy vibe

Cons : The food is really below average. Service was okay. Ordered the following things :

1. chef recommended crispy panner - while the filling was good, the outside layer was not fresh at all. It seemed it was refried and was stiff and chewy
2. Dragon mojito - real dragon fruit was used which is great but it was filled with crushed ice like a slushie. The Mojito feel was gone because of it. I have never seen anyone use crushed ice in a mojito before, was not a good experience drinking it
3. baby corn Manchurian - this was really bad. It was quite sweet and the sweetness was in the sauce like they used tomato ketchup heavily
4. Hakka noodles - was okay, nothing bad with it but nothing great either but the best item from what we ordered

I would not return here to eat again. I guess the ambiance and location is what pulls people here. Really hope they improve the quality and taste...

Congratulations to this restaurant for achieving the impossible: turning Paneer Fried Rice into a life lesson on how not to run a food business.

I gave crystal-clear instructions,maybe I should’ve sent them in Morse code, smoke signals, or a PowerPoint presentation, because apparently “cooking instructions” here are treated like spam emails: instantly deleted.

And the best part? No sauce, no ketchup. Because why would anyone EVER need condiments with fried rice? What a revolutionary idea! Maybe next time, they’ll also send rice without salt, just to keep pushing the boundaries of customer suffering.

Dear team, if arrogance and ignorance had a baby, it would be your service. Food isn’t just about dumping rice and paneer into a box, it’s about care, courtesy, and respect for the customer. Sadly, you’ve mastered none.

This rating is just based on ambience and clean atmosphere , service is totally poor and there is too much time to serve even in minimal guests, coming to food and taste it's average (just hype on reviews & promotion) coming to price it's too expensive comparatively to other best restaurants in the Town, mojito is served in small stylish class with small quantity it's 190rs it's totally not worthy,then we ordered chef special crunchy panner it's was just okay not upto the mark, finally we ordered roti with kadai veg it was totally spicy can't even digest till next day , and all items are not available as per menu card,and guest relationship they need to learn lot of things,finally this is the worst part I have never since in any restaurant till date, they don't have the card payment (EDC,POS) machine they accept only cash or UPI this ridiculous & awkward how can this big restaurant can't even offered a Pos machine, it would help customers to make...
