Pizza Hut | Tilakwadi, Belgaum — Restaurant in Karnataka

Visited this store for take away at around 7.30pm on a weekday. None of the staff even botherer to talk to us for 10minutes even while we stood at the counter browsing their menu card. Had ordered 2 medium sized chicken pizzas, one was cheesy maxx(supposed to be like cheese burst) and another was momo topped pizza. It cost me ~1500 for absolutely tasteless pizzas. They charged ₹99/199 extra for the cheesy maxx thing and it was neither melting nor tasting like cheese. They were out of chicken topping and adjusted whatever was remaining in the container as the topping for our pizza. The momo topped pizza was slightly better as it had good tasting momos, but so not worth the price. They didn't even offer a bag for take away and we had to struggle to carry both pizzas on bike.

All in all, a bad experience at Pizza Hut. People spend their hard earned money on pizzas here because of the faith they have on this brand. When we eat your pizza, we should feel good and satisfied that although expensive, the taste is worth the price. But in this case it was pathetic. Forget being on par with the price.. It wasn't even on par with being a pizza. Have tasted better pizzas at roadside stalls.

The staff doesn't even greet the customer..they're busy in their own world and carry on with their chores as if they don't really need the customers to walk in. Customer service sucks big time. Time to buckle up and improve guys else you won't...

This Pizza Hut outlet is spoiling the brand name of Pizza Hut for MAKING FOOLS of customers, worst service, rude behaviour of Manager and staff.... never ever had such experience before in any other outlets of Pizza Hut. Very much disappointed.

1- I had Pizza Hut vouchers worth ₹2000 of ₹500 each, I shared 3 vouchers worth ₹1500 to this outlet out of which only 1 i.e. ₹500 was redeemed, before ordering I had clearly mentioned the staff for claiming it. Staff having zero knowledge of redemption and making a fool of non redemption called his manager to do so, the manager also behaved the same way and wasted my ₹1000 worth vouchers. Saying that voucher numbers are showing insufficient funds.

Pizza Hut customer care service person said that whoever tried to redeem your code Manager or the staff having no knowledge on redemption, have wasted your vouchers by pressing back option unable to claim. OR EITHER MIGHT HAVE NOTED THE VOUCHER NUMBERS FOR HIS FUTURE PERSONAL USE.

The pizza was delivered after an hour or more, that too after giving multiple times of reminders....

During the month of February'24 from the same outlet i could easily redeem my vouchers. Manager was so much helpful and friendly.

WHY ARE SUCH ZERO KNOWLEDGE OR FOOLING CUSTOMER STAFFS RECRUITED?

I request you to take action on this regard and would also want my ₹1000 worth vouchers back because of your staff i cannot loose...

One of the worst ! Unprofessional staff who don’t know how to maintain the decorum in front of customers. Staff celebrating birthday with cal splashing on face in front of dine in customers. The one who was serving was cleaning the left overs and washing the floor and he served with same hands without wearing disposable gloves, he was not even wearing uniform.

Looks like Pizza Hut have hired cheap manpower unskilled non qualified and drop outs.

The crockery was not clean we could see what the previous customer ate

The forks were bent and not even one was in proper shape

The food quality was deplorable, the pasta we orders was not cooked, broken which means it was a left over warmed and given.

This outlet is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had till date.

I reckon not to go here and waste your money . Even after all that true staff was unapologetic the manager was busy with female staff in the back of the house celebrating her birthday while the counter was unattended for Atleast 45 mins which frustrated us to bits.
