It was a pleasant surprise to discover Sun n Sand's association with IXG in Tilakwadi. As a local resident, it offers a much needed, decent dining option. The restaurant is a suitable place for family gatherings and hanging out with friends.
The tandoor items are consistently well-prepared however, the absence of a complimentary tandoori salad is a minor disappointment for salad enthusiasts. While the stirred fried veggies were great , the limited salad choices could be improved. The availability of alcohol is a plus for families who enjoy it together. The balcony seating offers a pleasant outdoor dining experience. Unfortunately, the indoor seating can be noisy and chaotic, especially during peak hours (Hate noisy kids and aunties). The upper floor, designated for smoking and drinking, often suffers from slow and inattentive service, with the staff prioritising regular customers. Parking can be a significant issue, given the restaurant's location on Khanapur Road.
Overall: IXG is a good addition to the neighbourhood, offering a decent dining experience. While it may not match the standards of Sun n Sand, it provides a comfortable and convenient option for local residents. Parking remains a persistent issue, and the restaurant could benefit from improved service standards, particularly in terms of timely...

VEG AMRITSARI: This one being suggested by the staff itself, was definitely worth a try. With all the veggies and topped with grated paneer. Quantity that's more than sufficient for two, we tried it with kulcha😋 . DRAGON POTATO: the dish being a combination of spicy and little sweet. It's filled with flavours. The different sauces and crispy potato compliment each other perfectly🤩 . PESHAWARI PANEER TIKKA: The huge chunks of paneer perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection.
